HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Your order is shipped in 2 to 3 days. Our average delivery times are then 7 to 10 working days. In any case, if you do not receive your item within 60 days then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Who delivers my item?

What happens if no one is home?

Don't worry, our items will be left in your PO box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

I got the wrong address, what should I do?

Don't worry, if your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
