When will I receive my order?

Your order is processed within 24 working hours, then shipped within 48 to 72 hours depending on product availability.
Delivery usually takes 8 working days, with a maximum delay of 15 working days.
You will receive follow-up emails at each stage, to know exactly where your package is and track it with complete peace of mind.
What is the quality?
The entire manufacturing process of our backpacks is rigorously controlled by the professionals of our partner workshop, in order to guarantee the highest possible quality.
I made a mistake on my address
We only have a few hours after ordering to make a change of address.
If there is an error in your delivery address, please contact us by email as soon as possible by providing us with the correct address.

⚠️ An incorrect address may result in delivery to the wrong collection point or delivery failure.
In this case, we cannot be held responsible.
My order is marked as completed but I have not received anything
The status "Completed" means that your order has been completely processed internally and entrusted to the carrier. It is currently in transit and being delivered to your address.
My tracking is not changing
The tracking may take a few days to update. Don't worry: your package is in transit and will be delivered as soon as possible.

I refused my package
If the package is refused, if the carrier cannot return it to us or if you are unable to provide proof of return, charges will be deducted from your refund.
I didn't receive anything
Our delivery times are generally 8 working days, with a maximum delay of 15 working days.
If you do not receive your package within this time, we invite you to contact us. If necessary, we will re-shipment at no additional cost or offer you a compensation solution adapted to the delay.
⚠️ If you do not contact us within 30 days of your order, delivery will be considered completed and no refund can be granted beyond this deadline.
