The status "Completed" means that your order has been completely processed internally and entrusted to the carrier. It is currently in transit and being delivered to your address.

My tracking is not changing

The tracking may take a few days to update. Don't worry: your package is in transit and will be delivered as soon as possible.

I refused my package
